We have a lot of good young cyclists in Gauteng; our goal is to make them the best that they can be. We believe with the correct training and support and guidance we can produce some of the best cyclists in South Africa.

The best training is on the road, indoor trainers are good but nothing beats the feeling of the wind in your face and the burn in your legs climbing a hill or cruising along the road.

​

Our training routes are different for all ages and levels of fitness, the idea is to enjoy the ride and feel comfortable with the distance you can handle. Master that level then move onto the next level. Distances start from 18km to 100km.

Our training consists of individual rides, team rides, hills, sprints and time trials as well as motor pacing. Fitness and core strength training will also be done by one of our own in-house fitness coaches.
